Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and is open to all abilities for those aged over 16 years of age. Supported by motivating music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.

We do not accept cash payments and therefore you must book and pay in advance online. All pay & play sessions will be filled on a first come, first served basis. We will not accept anyone who has not pre-booked, therefore you must book and pay through the book button at the side of the session. Sorry for an inconvenience caused but this system is to allow us to control the number of players attending the session and ensure coaches can deliver a quality coaching session.
