The perfect place to start.
LTA Youth Start is designed for children aged 4–11 who are new to tennis or have very little previous experience.
Sessions are active, fun and varied, using games and age-appropriate activities to introduce the fundamental skills of tennis. Children will develop their coordination, movement, racket and ball skills while learning the basics of serving, rallying and playing the game.
The aim is to build confidence, enjoyment and the skills needed to progress into the appropriate LTA Youth stage.

Bookings
We do not accept cash payments and therefore you must book and pay in advance online. All courses will be filled on a first come, first served basis. We will not accept anyone who has not pre-booked, therefore you must book and pay through the book button at the side of the course. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but this system is to allow us to control the number of players attending the session and ensure coaches can deliver a quality coaching session.
Refunds & Cancellations
All sessions will be running unless you hear from the coach prior to the start time. The coach will contact you on the contact number you provided in the booking process to inform you of a cancelled session.
In the event a session is cancelled which is part of a course, no refund will be issued. Instead, the course will continue to run weekly until all pre-paid sessions have taken place.
Please note if a session is cancelled before the start, or if less than 1/3 of the session has been completed, then it will not count as a completed session. If more than 1/3 of the session is completed then it will count as a completed session.
