Adult Improvers

Build your skills and become a more confident player.

Adult Improvers is designed for players who have some previous experience and can already rally and play basic points, but want to become more consistent and improve their overall game.

Sessions develop technique, movement, shot selection and tactical awareness through progressive drills, structured practices and point-based activities. Players will begin to use their skills more effectively in realistic game situations.

The aim is to help you become a more consistent, confident player and progress towards the Intermediate level.

Bookings

We do not accept cash payments and therefore you must book and pay in advance online. All pay & play sessions will be filled on a first come, first served basis. We will not accept anyone who has not pre-booked, therefore you must book and pay through the book button at the side of the session. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but this system is to allow us to control the number of players attending the session and ensure coaches can deliver a quality coaching session.

Refunds and Cancellations

All sessions will be running unless you hear from the coach prior to the start time. The coach will contact you on the contact number you provided in the booking process to inform you of a cancelled session.

If you can no longer make the Pay & Play session and you wish to ask for a refund you must contact Matt at least 24 hours before the session is due to start so your booking can be refunded and your space can be filled by another player. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given no refund will be issued.

Please note we do not carry credit across, so refunds will be issued and will take 5-10 days to be received. If a session is cancelled before the start, or if less than 1/3 of the session has been completed, then a full refund will be issued.  If more than 1/3 of the session is completed, no refund will be given.

In the event a session is cancelled which is part of a course, no refund will be issued. Instead, the course will continue to run weekly until all pre-paid sessions have taken place.

Please note if a session is cancelled before the start, or if less than 1/3 of the session has been completed, then it will not count as a completed session.  If more than 1/3 of the session is completed then it will count as a completed session.
